As long as the manual hoist is operated correctly within the normal load range, it is still relatively labor-saving to use. It only needs to repeatedly pull the handle. Throughout the entire operation process, the output of force remains basically uniform. However, what is the reason for the gradual increase in operating resistance?
Firstly, after ruling out the cause of overload, we can inspect the connection part of the mechanical components. There is severe wear on the handle of the hand lever hoist and the connection part of the body, and this wear is becoming more and more severe during repeated pulling, which is one of the possible reasons for the increasing resistance of the hand lever hoist.
Secondly, there is an abnormality in the lifting chain, which means that there may be problems with the surrounding of the lifting chain in the early stage. With continuous pulling of the handle, the jamming and twisting of the lifting chain become more and more serious, resulting in more and more difficulty in pulling the handle. This is also a possibility of increasing resistance.
If there is an increase in resistance during the use of the chain hoist, you can refer to these two directions for testing, hoping to help everyone.
