However, most operators lack professional and systematic training. From a safety perspective, once there are unsafe factors in the electric hoist, operators will be directly exposed to danger. If the electric hoist experiences a roof impact, it can cause serious consequences such as wire rope breakage and heavy object falling.

To effectively reduce the risk of electric hoist hitting the top, the electric hoist is equipped with multiple anti top protection devices. One of them is the anti-collision leather pad, which is made of high-quality rubber material, with a smooth exterior and a hard internal texture. When the lower hook of the electric hoist rises to the position of the leather pad, the leather pad can play a good buffering role, reducing the collision force.

The safety limit device is another important anti impact top protection device. When the anti-collision pad collides with the safety limiter, the push rod on the limit device will immediately trigger the internal electric shock of the electric hoist, quickly cutting off the motor power and activating the braking mechanism, suspending the lifting and lowering work of the electric hoist, thereby avoiding it from continuing to run upward under electric drive and preventing the motor from being damaged due to impact.

It should be emphasized that even if the anti-collision top protection device is advanced and comprehensive, it cannot completely replace manual supervision and control. Therefore, when operating the electric hoist, customers must strictly follow the operating standards of "pre inspection, mid process focus, and post maintenance" to ensure safe operation.
