Some people believe that as a tool used for heavy lifting operations, the faster the lifting speed of the Guanhang chain hoist, the higher the work efficiency. In fact, this is a mistaken perception.
Hand pulled hoists are lightweight and small lifting equipment that rely on human labor to pull the zipper bars and drive the internal components to operate, thereby achieving the purpose of lifting heavy objects. However, there is not a simple positive correlation between lifting speed and work efficiency. If the lifting speed of the chain hoist is too fast, it can easily cause the chain to shake, posing a risk of heavy objects falling. This may not only damage the suspended object or cause damage to the opponent's hoist itself, but more seriously, the falling object may injure workers and lead to major safety accidents. From this, it can be seen that the lifting speed of a chain hoist is not necessarily the faster the better.
When operating a chain hoist, the zipper should be pulled at a constant speed to lift the heavy object smoothly and slowly, minimizing chain shaking as much as possible. In this way, efficient and safe operations can be achieved, accident rates can be reduced, and work efficiency can be effectively improved.
