How to use the lever hoist to help off-road vehicles get out of trouble
published:2022-10-20

The famous WRC World Rally Championship, the Rally from Paris, France to Dakar, Africa, the Camel Cup Championship, and the Malaysia four-wheel drive cross-country race have always attracted enthusiastic cross-country enthusiasts from all over the world, and the competitors always encounter various difficulties in the race.

On the way to the race, it is inevitable that the vehicle will be stuck in the mire, deep pit and unable to get out of the difficulty with its own power. If it can not meet the assistance of other vehicles, it will be exhausted. Therefore, many vehicles will be equipped with a series of tools such as a hand winch or a hand hoist in the trunk to help out.

The chain block can be used as a good rescue tool. We will wrap one end of the traction rope around a relatively solid stone or tree stump nearby, and then connect the end with the upper hook of the chain block. The other end of the traction rope will bypass the fixed point of the vehicle and connect with the chain hook of the chain block. Then we will continuously pull the handle of the chain block. With the tension of the traction rope, the car can be pulled out of the pit bit by bit.

However, if you want to use the lever hoist to help the vehicle out of the trap, you should pay attention to one thing: the rated load of the lever hoist and the rated load of the traction rope must be greater than the dead weight of the vehicle, so as to ensure the smooth escape of the vehicle.
